What we collect
When you use BASE, we store your session answers (direction, blocker, how the pattern shows up, daily life example, mental muscle and chosen Action Rep) and, if you choose to provide it, your email address. We do not ask for your name, address, or payment details.
How we use your data
Your session data is used to generate your personal BASE pattern and Action Rep. If you opt in, your email is used to send you the BASE training video and occasional coaching emails, practical reps and updates from Enzo. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Consent
We only send you emails if you tick the consent box and click “Send me the BASE training.” You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask what data we hold about you, email us at the address below.
Storage & security
Your data is stored securely by Lovable Cloud and processed only as needed to provide the BASE service. We keep session data for as long as it is useful to your training, and you can request deletion at any time.
